- Separate storage for each child’s personal belongings
- Classrooms are age appropriate with child size furniture
- Classrooms are arranged in age appropriate centers to promote healthy development
- We maintain consistent teachers for each age group
- We follow DCF ratios
Proper nutrition fuels growing minds and bodies
- All meals are cooked in house by our certified chefs
- USDA guidelines are followed for all meals & snacks
- Family-style dining encourages social skills, table manners & conversation
- A monthly menu is provided to families to help expand a child’s pallet by introducing and encouraging new foods

- All playgrounds have recently been remodeled & upgraded

Jayme Tate
Owner, Greenfield West Director
Jayme is the owner of Greenfield Preschool and the Director of our West location. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in Family, Youth and Community Sciences and over 15 years’ experience as a child care center director for local preschools. She established Greenfield in June 2016 and has since expanded to three separate locations and aspires to continue growing the Greenfield family. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family!
Stephanie McQuay
Greenfield East Director
Stephanie is the Director of our East Location. She will graduate with her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education in the Spring of 2025 and currently holds her Associate’s in Elementary Education, Director’s credential, and over 6 years of experience as an early childhood educator. She found a passion for children early on at the ripe age of nineteen and has never let up on her dreams of making an impact in the world of childcare since. Stephanie has been married since December of 2018 and has happily welcomed three beautiful children into the world since then. In her spare time, she enjoys both listening to and playing music, as well as finding something new and crafty to make.
Sara Anderson
School Age Director
Sara is one of our Directors at our West location and the Director of our After-School Program. She graduated with her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, Directors Credential, and over 10 years of experience volunteering or working with children of all ages. Being the oldest of 5 she has always been the mothering type and loves to create a strong relationship with every family she works with. Sara has three little ones of her own and has been married since 2013. In her spare time, she loves to be outdoors with her family and animals or cooking something delicious.

The day I was hired, I knew I had found what I wanted and needed in a career. I have worked at seven preschools over the past 36 years, and I have to say that Greenfield Preschool rates the highest of them all in every area. The level of care and respect that each child, parent and employee receives is impeccable. The owner/Director Jayme Tate operates Greenfield with the highest of standards. Not only does she operate Greenfield West, but she also owns two other locations. And let’s not forget what she does for our community. Jayme Tate is a winner, and I couldn’t be any prouder to be a part of the Greenfield family.
I have worked at Greenfield for almost (7) years and in that time, I’ve gained another family. Jayme as the owner does a great job at making everyone feel comfortable and hires wonderful staff that all have a passion for teaching and working with children. We have monthly meetings and training to keep up to date with the latest standards in early childhood education. I love working for Greenfield and cannot imagine working anywhere else.
Working at Greenfield Preschool has been amazing! When you start at Greenfield you become part of the family; unlike other schools where you are just an employee. I love working here. The director/owner is wonderful and always willing to help in the classroom. She takes wonderful care of the children and families that attend her schools. She puts her heart into her schools. It is such a pleasure to work for her and Greenfield Preschool.

Greenfield is by far the best place to work. I have been here from the beginning and looking at what Mrs. Jayme has turned this Preschool into has been incredible. We are not just co-workers here, we have become family. Everyone supports everyone and we are constantly building each other up to be the best teachers and administration possible. Mrs. Jayme is always there for her teachers and makes sure we are taken care of. She is very understanding and accommodating when it comes to our families. There is no other place I ever want to work.
